Prop 63: Under the gun

Proposition 63, California’s big gun ballot measure (also called the Safety For All Initiative) is drawing the ire of many in law enforcement who say it won’t prevent mass shootings or provide“Safety for All.” A look a couple of the provisions in the measure, ammunition sales and felons that own firearms.
