FBI Director James Comey announces they are reopening the investigation into Hillary's Clinton's emails. How much will the news shake up the election? Josh Barro is angry. "It's been her instinct for secrecy that leads us here today... She's endangered her own chances to win and I'm really angry about that." The Clinton campaign would like to suggest this is old news, but Rich Lowry says, "In an election you don't get to decide the public shouldn't care about something it cares about." Also this week, Republicans started talking about how they would handle, or block, Supreme Court nominees should Clinton win.
