Harper Simon is the son of legendary songwriter Paul Simon and he's truly a chip off the old block. His songwriting is beautiful and his voice sublime. Backed by a stellar cast on his debut release, Today's Top Tune, whic features Marc Ribot on guitar and Steve Nieve on theremin, is "Cactus Flower Rag."
