Stones Throw record label boss, DJ, Highland Park entrepreneur, and now singer Chris Manak (aka Peanut Butter Wolf) is here to play Santa with his bag full of previously unheard sonic goodies. This includes (but is not limited to) his personal project Campus Christy’s harmony-laden, classic-Motown-girl-group-conjuring “Candles,” featuring the handiwork of the power trio behind KCRW’s number one album of 2023, Say Say She.
