Fanatic! I do believe we have hit a perfect balance on this particular show. I keep listening to it and I keep digging it.

For the last two nights, I have been taking a bunch of vinyl singles and burning them onto CDR. There are so many great songs that exist only in the 7” format and it’s problematic to rock vinyl on the show, so now and then, I take the time to make these CDRs. The results have been great! I am dropping these into our October shows for what we hope will be your great enjoyment. It’s a pain but totally worth it. In a few hours, I will carefully pick out a healthy stack and get to work. If I can keep this up, I will have a healthy amount of tunes to keep dropping into the mix for a good while to come.

Records that I have been digging lately:

Total Control – Typical System

Kikagaku Moyo – Kikagaku Moyo

Kikagaku Moyo – Forest of Lost Children

Lorelle Meets the Obsolete – Chambers

Lorelle Meets the Obsolete – Corruptible Faces

Lorelle Meets the Obsolete – On Welfare

One of the best parts of the whole night of music I think is the SST part in hour one. For awhile, that label really had it happening. I listen to these records years later and they still hold up perfectly.

If you look below, you will see all the tracks we have put together for you. I hope you enjoy it all.

Next week, we start our October shows. I still have work to do on them, so I will leave this here and get back to it.

Listen to too much music and STAY FANATIC!!!
