We first discovered San Francisco artist Sean Hayes when he was featured on Mark Farina’s version of “Rattlesnake Charm (Dream Machine).” He has a new album out – “Run Wolves Run” — and KCRW is presenting his hometown show TONIGHT, Wed Aug 18, at the Americano at Hotel Vitale.
“Run Wolves Run” features tracks that are raw, emotional and full of reality and grit. Sean Hayes tells is like it is and it’s both romantic and stark at the same time. Check out the track “Powerful Stuff.”
I just was able to put that in a Subaru commercial as part of Subaru’s 2010-11 campaign and I’m so glad that I can help him reach a larger audience. Great song!
