In fact, she stopped by KCRW a couple years ago to participate in the Guest DJ Project, sharing some incredible stories from her time as a Vegas Showgirl and hanging with the White Stripes. (she also returned a few days later with her daughter in tow to check out a live performance from MGMT). A true music lover and a truly interesting person, even out of character.
(This was also notable as it was the first time I ever saw DJ Garth Trinidad trip over his words and lose his cool, just a little bit. I think many men his age would have been the same way….)
