Caviar; Madhur Jaffrey; The Burden of Thirst

This week on Good Food with Evan Kleiman, we'll go to a fonda with the OC Weekly's Gustavo Arellano.  We'll hear from journalist Tina Rosenberg about the backbreaking work that goes into fetching water in some parts of the world.  Indian icon Madhur Jaffrey shares stories of growing up in India.  Christopher Klapp of Petrossian gives us an introduction to caviar while Hank Shaw tells us how we can make it at home.  We'll go our for Chinese noodles with Pulitzer Prize-winner Jonathan Gold.  Lawrence Dai is a college student who is watching the film Julie & Julia every day for a year.  Plus, Valerie Gordon tells us how she's been using the finger lime.
