Since 2007, former creative director Will Welch has experienced all sides of GQ Magazine and GQ Style. Recently adding to his resumé new editor-in-chief of the celebrated men's magazine, he replaced predecessor Jim Nelson after 15 years. Today on The Treatment, Welch discusses the invaluable lessons learned having Nelson as his mentor and the steps he's taking to differentiate himself from GQ's past with style, creativity and technology in our modern times.
