Joe Adalian, West coast editor of Vulture.com joins Michael Schneider to discuss top entertainment news stories of the week.
- Universal is on quite the hot streak at the box office, continuing with Straight Outta Compton, the NWA biopic that made $60 million opening weekend and is expected to continue to do well. - Media stocks continue to take a battering on Wall Street. Stocks in companies like Disney and Time Warner slipped yet again as ad revenue drops and cable continue to have a soft summer in terms of traditional ratings, even though there have been several good, buzz-worthy shows.
