OC Cholos Have Constitutional Rights, Too

OC DA Tony Rackaukas gang-injunction controversy...

Last month, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the OC District Attorney's office gang injunction against a street gang in the city of Orange was unconstitutional. The ACLU had argued that the anti-gang strategy long used by DA Tony Rackauckas denied accused gang members of their constitutional rights; the DA responded that such injunctions vastly reduce crime rates and vows to appeal the 9th's decision. It's already cost taxpayers over $2 million, so how far will Tony go in his quest?
