LAPD video released
Controversial video from a nearly two year old case has been released. It shows an LAPD officer kicking and punching a suspect whose hands were cuffed behind his back. It's video the LAPD didn't want released.

While his hands were cuffed behind his back one officer kicked and punched Alford. Video of the encounter was just made public by an LA Superior Court judge in spite of push back from the Los Angeles Police Department, which did not want the video released.
