With less than a month to go before Election Day, the race for LA County Supervisor to represent District 3 is heating up. Former state lawmaker Sheila Kuehl is facing former Santa Monica city councilman and mayor, Bobby Shriver for the seat. Both candidates are starting to make their respective cases via media and advertising. And the LA Times editorial board has also made its endorsement in the race.
