The LAPD today continues to take hit after hit in social media after an incident involving a Hollywood film actress last week. A police officer detained and handcuffed Django Unchained actress Daniele Watts – who is black – after somebody complained about her public displays of affection with a man inside of their car. That man, by the way who is white – is her boyfriend. Police say they cuffed Watts because she refused to show her ID. There’s an ongoing investigation and Kevin Roderick of LA Observed spoke to KCRW's Steve Chiotakis.
