A Battle Brewing in City Council

Los Angeles County Supervisor Gloria Molina, who is being termed out of her board seat, has announced she’s going to challenge Jose Huizar next year for his seat on the LA City Council. Kevin Roderick from LA Observed joined KCRW's Steve Chiotakis to discuss it.

Los Angeles County Supervisor Gloria Molina, who is being termed out of her board seat, has announced she’s going to challenge Jose Huizar next year for his seat on the LA City Council. Molina served on the council from 1987 to 1991. Huizar has represented the district since 2005. It’s sure to be an interesting campaign, and Kevin Roderick from LA Observed joined KCRW's Steve Chiotakis to discuss it.
