Thien An is a restaurant that focuses on Southern Vietnamese cooking and the specialty of the house is bo bay mon (often described as bo 7 mon) which translates to “Seven Courses of Beef.” As you might expect, it is a whopping seven courses of beef. What you might NOT expect is that those seven courses will set you back about $17. If you’re feeling more pescatarian the ca nuong da don, or large baked catfish, is also a hit.
