Dave McMillan and Frederic Morin are the proprietors of Montreal’s Joe Beef, which Eater’s Bill Addison has called “Canada’s most famous restaurant.” They’ve written a new cookbook for the doomsday prepper in each of us called “Joe Beef: Surviving the Apocalypse.”
