Eric Ripert is chef and co-owner of the NY restaurant Le Bernardin, which has earned 3 stars from The Michelen Guide four times. The restaurant also holds the highest ranking of 4 stars from The NY Times for over a decade now, the only restaurant to maintain this status for this length of time, without ever dropping a star. Eric hosts PBS’s Avec Eric, and is a regular guest judge on Bravo’s “Top Chef.” His latest book is titled Avec Eric: A Culinary Journey with Eric Ripert, Featuring Over 100 Simple Recipes, all designed for the home cook.
