Gustavo Arellano is the Food Editor for the OC Weekly.  He also writes the popular Ask a Mexican Column.  For cuisine from the Michoacan region of Mexico, Gustavo likes Las Brisas de Apatzingan in Santa Ana.  He likes the morisqueta, a kind of rice pilaf, and the huchepo, which is a kind of tamal.  His favorite thing on the menu is the green pozole stew.
