Prior to working at KCRW, he was an editor at KFWB News Radio in Los Angeles and a reporter for the Los Angeles Times and other publications. When not getting up early to produce Morning Edition, Darrell enjoys exploring California, taking advantage of LA’s cultural and culinary richness, cheering the Dodgers and walking his dog, Phoebe.
