Presidential Politics in a Time of Transition

Tonight, President Bush will deliver his final speech on the State of the Union. Tomorrow it's Florida for the Republicans. Next week, for both parties, it's Super Tuesday in more than 20 states around the country. As we preview those events, we also get a report on how Americans feel about the nation's place in the world and its ability to control its own destiny.  Also, Senator Kennedy endorses Barack Obama, and a big American spy satellite has lost power and it could hit the Earth in the next few weeks.
