Amy Reiley, author of Fork Me, Spoon Me shares her knowledge about aphrodisiac foods and gives us some sensually tasty inspiration. Her book focuses on foods which have lived in folklore as aphrodisiacs, but which now have a scientific basis for their magical powers as well. She focuses on twelve foods: Almonds, Chilies, Honey,Mint, Rosemary, Ginger, Vanilla, Saffron, Chocolate, Peaches, Mango, and Fig.

At 81, after his wife died, Tom de Paolo found himself single. Instead of relying on those single-person staples, like frozen dinners and take-out, Tom taught himself to cook.
